Associate IT Operation Engineer - (Full time)

Responsibilities
• Entry-Level or Junior Level IT Engineer, responsible to assists with daily operations,
maintenance, monitoring and performance analysis of the company’s IT systems.
• Perform basic technical infrastructure operation and management, performance management
and analysis to identify problems and risks, derive recommendations on improvement or
optimization
• Responsible to perform operations of preventive management according to best practices or
guidelines, of the company’s IT systems.
• Follow process, procedures, policies and quality standards, and takes appropriate corrective
actions in response to readily identifiable infrastructure problems and incidents
• Readily to work in shift, to standby with on-call availability, including nights, weekends and
holidays in participating on incident mitigations or incident resolution coordination and
management
• Proactively drive the review of infrastructure stability, and capacity in alignment to performance
requirements, and to participate in design and implementation of infrastructure upgrade,
performance optimization or replacement plan.
• Participate to conduct root cause analysis to derive mitigation or solutions
• Participate to simulate incident or problems to explore solutions in problem resolution
• Participate on necessary technical support on technical support or issues, and perform incident
management
• Ensure timely reporting to IT Manager

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or undergraduate final year student, in the field of IT, or Computer Science,
Computer / Software Engineering / Network Engineering / Electronic Engineering.
• Familiarity in using digital tools or technologies.
• Have knowledge in implementing infrastructure or IT system technical support and
operations
• Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Resourceful, and able to work with minimum supervision
• With knowledge of Cloud technologies, and hardware infrastructure related technologies
• With technical knowledge on one or two operation system (Example, Windows, Linux, Unix
etc)
• With knowledge and ability to perform basic technical trouble-shooting on computers (PC or
Laptop), and smartphone.
• With basic networking knowledge.
• Familiarity of Web and Digital Technologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage people at different working levels to elicit and capture functional and nonfunctional
requirements
